Internet Retailers
If, however, you don’t have access to retail outlets or markets for that special dish of guava glazed pork and fried plantains (one of my favourites) you can always use the internet to help you along your way to cooking the Caribbean way.
Africart online offer a wide range of delivery slots if you are near their delivery area (RH6, RH10, RH11). Delivery to these areas is free. Orders over £75 are also free, otherwise a delivery charge of £7.99 applies.

They stock a range of jerk seasonings, jams and chutneys, hot table sauces, barbeque sauces and you can also put together a gift hamper which would make an excellent present for those Caribbean-cooking enthusiasts this Christmas.
