Ingredients

Method

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil until the onion is soft.
  2. Add the curry powder, tomatoes and jalapeños and simmer over a low heat until the tomatoes are cooked through and the mixture has a sauce-like consistency.
  3. Season with salt and lime to taste.
  4. Excess mixture can be bottled for later use in a clean airtight jar.
